1. Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receipt provided they are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note: For hygiene and food safety reasons, perishable items such as sweets and chocolates cannot be returned once opened.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 01625 468 123 or mandy@misssweetie.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
